How to cook instant Ragi Semiya


Instant Ragi Semiya -200 gm

Onion -1

Green chilly -4

Oil -4 tsp

Salt, curry coriander leaves

Coconut -1 tbs

Mustard seeds, Ulund gram dhal


Soak Semiya in plain water for 2 minutes.Drain water and steam in idly cooker for 5 minutes.

Take out,put a spoon of oil,and salt mix well.

In 3 tsp of oil,fry mustard seeds Ulund gram dhal,add onion,green chilly,curry leaves

Fry for 2 minutes ,add Semiya ,mix well, add coconut and coriander leaves.

Healthy Tiffen is ready .You can take this in lunch box also

For sweet Semiya

Take baked Semiya, without salt. Mix some coconut, brown sugar / sugar ,hot milk.

This can be taken as Snacks or Tiffen
