Pasalai keerai koottu seivathu eppadi, how to make pasalai keerai koottu explained in tamil
Ingredients
1.spinach -1 bundle[chopped]
2.moong dal-25g
3.toor dal-15g
4.small onion-5 to 6[chopped]
5.asafoetida-2tsp
6.grated coconut-4 to 5 tsp
7.chilli powder-1 tsp
8.tumeric powder-1/2tsp
9.salt as per salt

FOR TEMPERING
1.oil-2tsp
2.mustard seed-1/2tsp
3.urad dal-1/2tsp
4.cumin seed-1/2tsp
5,curry leaf
6.coriander leaf

METHOD
1.Take a pressure cooker,put a chopped keerai,moong dal,toor dal,small onion,chilli powder,turmeric powder,asafoetida,grated coconut,required salt and added water[upto keerai level]
2 .cook for 4 to 5 whistles
3.in a kadai, put the oil[2tsp]when it is hot add, mustard seed,urad dal, cumin seed,curry leaf,coriander leaf, transfer to the cooked keerai andmixed well
now spinach kootu ready
4.serve with hot rice[,sambar, rasam,curd,chapathi
