Multi grain instant dosa

A healthy tasty instant dosa Recipe

Ingredients

Wheat flour -1 cup

Ragi flour -1 cup

Pearl Millet ( Kambu flour ) flour - 1 - cup

Flax seeds powder 1 tbs

Salt

Jeera -1 tsp

Asafotida

Onion, Carrot, curry coriander leaves, spring onions - all Finley chopped

Steps

Mix all flours, flax seed powder, salt and water . Make to a dosa batter consistency

Keep for 20 minutes

Add jeera, asafotida mix well

Make dosa as shown.spread Onion,Veg overall,add oil,cover and cook in medium flame

Turn over and cook .

Serve with any Chutney as per your choice
