MASALA DOSA BATTER INGREDIENTS
Idli rice or ponni rice - 3 cups
Urad dal - 3/4 cup + 2 tbsp
Fenugreek seed - 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
POTATO FILLING INGREDIENTS
Boiled potato - 3
Chopped onion - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Green chili - 2
Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
Coriander pdr - 1 tsp
Chat masala or amchur pdr - 1 tsp
Turmeric pdr - 1/4 tsp
Hing - 1/5 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Butter - 10 g
Chili paste - 5 tsp
TO MAKE CHILI PASTE
Dry chili - 10 to 12
Garlic cloves - 7
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
